But aunt and uncle are not happy. The wife alleged that she was forced to commit unnatural acts. The court was told that there was a quarrel over dowry. She complained that even though she had complained about this in the past at the police station and the SP office, they did not care. Eventually, Korba approached the court through advocate Siva Narayan. She demanded immediate action against Sanjay Kumar Jha.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Krishna Kumar Vamsi directed to register the FIR keeping in view the evidence submitted by the lawyer on behalf of the victim in the court. It was made clear to the police that action should be taken.
